Message from the Mayor Welcome to the City of Santa Clara. We are proud of our strong Hispanic and German heritage and look forward to the future as our diverse community grows. We think that Santa Clara is“The Best Little City in the Country”. Santa Clara is a sparsely populated community that allows for country living without large city controls or costs. We are centrally located between Seguin, New Braunfels, and San Antonio.
